The harvesting of the fruit and the processing of the olive is done on the on the same day to ensure the highest quality of olive oil produced. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed yielding an oil of very low acidity and high monosaturated fat. This allows for the oil to be used in different types of cuisine and for all purposes.

Green Gold Extra Virgin Oil

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is harvested from top grade olives found on our family groves in the Messinean Basin. Time and care has been taken in harvesting and picking the olives to produce a harvest of lavorable and above all - healthy extra virgin olive oil.
